Abstract
By developing the intelligent diagnosis technology of running electricity meters, combined with the analysis results of historical big data, on the basis of the test results and data analysis, the real situation of the operation of smart electricity meters is scientifically evaluated. Starting from the actual situation of technology, the existing management mode of fixed period inspection of smart electricity meters is changed to realize more scientific intelligent dynamic management of electricity meters. According to the analysis, screening and screening of the factors affecting the operation state of different types of electricity meters, the evaluation system of different types of indicators is established. The evaluation model was established by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to form a scientific operation state evaluation method and evaluation system. Based on the evaluation results, the on-site inspection strategies for different operation states were formulated.
