Abstract
During this advanced period, innovations are moving forward to making devices more compact and convenient in volume. Therefore, the invention of electromagnetic microwave head imaging systems to diagnose any head disorders is a substitute for the huge and massive imaging devices, for example, PET, X-ray, CAT check, MRI, ultrasound, and so on. In comparison, the MRI diagnostic system is very expensive. In this paper, an omnidirectional wideband patch slotted antenna has been represented for Imaging the head with the microwave. An omnidirectional wideband slotted patch antenna that is appropriate for the microwave head imaging purpose. Here, the mentioned antenna is shaped by a partial ground and a slotted patch with FR-4 substrate. The slotted patch, or even the partial ground-plane, improves the proposed antenna’s efficiency, frequency range, and gain. The total size of the antenna is 56mm×37mm, and it covers a frequency of 1.45 GHz to 2.52GHz with a resonating frequency of 1.58 GHz. The antenna offers a limit of around 2.4 dBi gain with a balanced average of 2.32dBi. The Computer simulation software CST has been utilized for analyzing the properties of the proposed antenna.
