Abstract
Switched tank converter (STC) has received more and more attention due to its advantages of high efficiency and high power density, especially its application in data centers, but its development is limited due to its inability to regulate voltage. This paper proposes a STC integrated Buck-boost converter. The converter adopts the method of partial energy transfer, and the efficient energy transfer and the voltage regulation capability of the converter are realized. In addition, by adopting the method of bridge integration, the number of power devices is reduced. After integration, the inductor current of Buck-boost is injected into the integrated bridge, and the soft switching of the bridge is easier to realize. Therefore, the efficiency of the converter at light load is improved. Through improvement, the converter proposed in this paper greatly improves the efficiency. Finally, the theoretical analysis is verified by simulation.
