Abstract
As a key link in the development of enterprises, it is particularly important for enterprises to choose a human resource management mode suitable for their own development if they want to develop healthily and stably. With the development of society, China's human resource management has formed a certain mode, and the choice of enterprise's human resource management mode will have corresponding influencing factors. In order to strengthen personnel management, it is necessary to deeply study the human resource management mode and carefully analyze the influencing factors of the choice of human resource management mode, so as to provide the basis for enterprises to choose the correct human resource management mode and promote the development of enterprises. Cluster analysis is an important method in data mining, which can automatically classify concrete or abstract objects according to their similarity degree, so that the similarity between objects in a class is the highest and the similarity between two classes is the lowest. Based on clustering algorithm, this paper summarizes the human resource management mode and analyzes its influencing factors in depth.
