Abstract
The atomizer system is an important part of the sampling system of the atomic absorption spectrophotometer, so the device is required to ensure accurate and reliable. Among them, the atomizer mainly includes four detection methods: flame method, graphite furnace method, hydrogenator method, and ultraviolet-visible light method. In order to integrate various detection methods, the hardware part has designed a stepper motor control module and a temperature control module. The system uses the S-curve algorithm to achieve precise positioning of the stepper motor. And realizetemperature control of graphite furnace method, temperature control of hydride method and other processes. The experimental results show that the rapid and stable switching of various detection methods can be realized, and the accuracy and efficiency of the instrument can be improved.
