Abstract
To achieve symbol synchronization for rolling-shutter-based optical camera communication, influence of exposure time of image sensor, spectrum of white LED, discrimination threshold in color space, and communication distance is experimentally investigated. Error-free transmission is achieved at more than 20 kilo symbols per second using 78 flame-per-second image sensor.
