Abstract
Based on the smart plan of the source load integrated power grid, this paper gives the key indicators for the performance evaluation of the emergency smart plan under three different time scales. The short time scale evaluation index based on the resilience index can always reflect the resilience of the power grid to deal with emergencies; the medium and long time scale evaluation index based on the dispatching coefficient reflects the rationality of dispatching; important static evaluation indexes are extracted and fitted as long-time scale evaluation indexes. For the evaluation indexes of different time scales, this paper uses the five point cubic smoothing method to smooth the index data, and constructs the performance evaluation model of power emergency intelligent plan to verify the effect of power emergency intelligent plan, so as to make the intelligent plan have higher execution efficiency in case of emergencies. Finally, an example is used to verify the effectiveness of the method.
