Abstract
The global practice of domesticating animals for rearing in residential settings is currently experiencing a significant surge. Animals have become an essential component of the biological system. The safety and protection of domestic animals are expanding in tandem with their growing population. They are in a vulnerable situation and want assurance on their health and well-being. Various cloud-based Internet of Things (IoT) methods track household animals. The system communicated via an Arduino Uno R3 microcontroller. The proposed study uses sensors to monitor and track temperature, pulse rate, and spo2 levels using LM-35, MAX30100, accelerometer, MQ-135, and GPS modules to track animal movement, pollution, and location and the suggested approach achieved accuracy rates of 98.3%, 98.5%, 98.4%, and 97.2% correspondingly. This system also has an alert mechanism and SMS gateway for owners to lessen the risk of losing their pets. In addition to enhancing the health of individual animals, the proposed system can detect and avert epidemics of diseases, whether they are the result of natural disasters or deliberate biological assaults.
