Abstract
With the frequent occurrence of extreme global climate, the number and hazard rating of various types of natural disasters have an inevitable upward trend, and the fire is one of the most influential disasters. Therefore, it is more essential to establish a scientific fire rating evaluation system and improve the efficient rescue strategy. This paper, by creating models, such as principal component analysis, finite lattice planning, multivariate linear programming, solves the problems of how to build a fire rating evaluation system and improve efficient rescue strategies. And then, a fire disaster intelligent evaluation and rescue system, which is based on the evaluation system of the expected fire hazard level, the location of the vital rescue location, and the planning scheme of the rescue personnel were constructed. Finally, through analyzing and testing the system, it is concluded that the model system has fewer errors and can accurately solve various related problems. It has obvious progressiveness, objectivity, and superiority, and also has a broad application scope. And by enhancing the Lattice resolution, the accuracy and credibility of the model are further improved, which provides a feasible scheme for the field of fire disaster emergency prevention and control, and also has a particular reference significance for the future work in the field of fire assessment and rescue.
