Abstract
As an important part of the power system, substations have certain importance-reliability assurance, improving energy utilization efficiency, promoting economic development, ensuring the stable operation of social life, and promoting sustainable development. Therefore, if there is a problem with the substation, it may affect people's livelihood, and among these factors that may affect the substation, the rain and sewage accumulated when it rains is a very important part. How to discharge the rain sewage and control the pollutant index have become key research topics. In order to solve the serious problem of oil pollutants exceeding standards in substation rainwater treatment system, an optimized control method based on improved genetic algorithm is adopted. The simulation results of a substation data show that the proposed method can effectively achieve the maximum capacity of 15.9m kyres/h. This method can effectively reduce the treatment capacity of the rainwater treatment system, reduce the pollution index of the effluent, and at the same time improve the treatment efficiency of the rainwater treatment system. It has certain practical application value and can provide an effective method for the control of oil pollutants in the rainwater and sewage treatment system.
