Abstract
With the rapid development and application of distributed PV, how to effectively dissipate the excess PV output has become an urgent problem. This paper establishes a two-tier energy optimization model for renewable energy communities considering regional tariffs and shared energy storage, in which the upper layer is a multi-regional power purchase and sale operation model based on shared energy storage, in which the operator sets regional tariffs and optimizes the charging and discharging strategies of centralized energy storage according to the energy demand of each region; the lower layer is a prosumer demand response model, which allows community prosumers to switch power purchase and sale regions and adjust their The lower level is the prosumer demand response model, which allows community prosumers to switch between power purchase and sales zones and adjust their energy consumption plans with the objective of maximizing overall efficiency. Finally, the simulation shows that the upper and lower layers of the model can reach the Nash equilibrium point after game iteration, thus balancing the interests of both sides and improving the economic efficiency of both sides while reducing the overall net load peak-to-valley difference of the grid and promoting local energy consumption.
