Abstract
In this paper, a mathematical model is established for route allocation and structure optimization of freight dispatch under emergency conditions, and the optimization method of logistics network is discussed. First, the ARIMA model is used to predict the cargo volume, and then the weight of each line is calculated according to the historical data. Secondly, considering the way and proportion of cargo diversion, the shortest circuit model is established and solved. On this basis, the integer programming model based on genetic algorithm is established to generate the adjustment of transport lines under sudden conditions. Finally, the dynamic programming model based on particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to generate the optimal daily logistics network change plan.
