Abstract
As an important part of the grid, the distribution network strongly relates to people's production and life. However, current distribution networks generally have problems such as frequent heavy loads and overloads, prominent voltage over-limits, and increasing line losses. It is of great significance for the security and economy of distribution network that how to effectively use measured data to solve the related problems in operation. To study the influence of the distribution transformer load on the heavy loads and overloads, voltage over-limits and line loss issues of the distribution network, the fuzzy C means (FCM) clustering algorithm is adopted for distribution transformer load data analyzing. A method is proposed to analyze the influence degree of the distribution transformer load on the total load characteristics of the distribution network line. This method makes it possible to analyze the characteristics of the total load of a line according to the load components, and takes measures to deal with the possible operational problems in terms of normal operation of the distribution network.
