Abstract
Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces (RIS) have emerged as a research focus in electronically controlled adjustable artificial RIS arrays due to their high tuning efficiency and low losses [1]–[2]. This study, based on a magnetic coupling structural model, delves into the operational principles of complementary antennas and the characteristics of high-speed electron mobility transistors. Employing metasurface digital encoding, we designed a reflective independent artificial RIS array, exploring potential features for broad-angle, high-precision scanning of the metasurface array at specific frequencies.
