Abstract
KY 1−x−y Gd x Lu y (WO 4 ) 2 channel waveguide lasers demonstrated 650 mW output power and 72% slope efficiency at 981 nm for Yb 3+ doping. For Tm 3+ doping, 149 mW output power and 31.5% slope efficiency at 1846 nm were obtained.
