Abstract
The market mechanism needs to strike a balance between the scale and the precision of response when guiding market users to participate in demand response. While fully exploiting the potential of flexible resource regulation on the user side, the mechanism needs to ensure the accuracy of the market response and provide users with a way to avoid the risk of deviation. Based on the above considerations, this paper designs a multi-timescale adjustable market with efficient user-side participation. The market explores scalable user-regulated resources through medium- and long-term regulation and achieves refined regulation of flexible resources through short-term regulation. Finally, it is verified that the user transaction, market articulation, and deviation avoidance methods proposed in this paper can support the smooth operation of the multi-timescale adjustable market. The potential of the multi-time scale adjustable market in scaled resource exploring and refined load regulating is fully exploited.
