Abstract
The four-port DC-DC converter described in this study makes it simple to integrate a hybrid renewable energy system with AC load applications. This system serves as a crucial interface for a battery, a wind turbine, a solar array and the main load. Its noteworthy feature is its capacity to modify Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT), which guarantees efficient energy harvesting from renewable sources. The Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) maintains a constant output voltage from the DC-DC converter. This study validates the efficacy of these controls through comprehensive simulation and experimental testing using MATLAB Simulink. The outcomes validate the controller’s capacity to efficiently regulate the power distribution between the battery, the load, and the renewable energy sources. For the effective integration and management of various renewable energy sources in AC load applications, this research provides a potential approach.
