Abstract
This has been brought about by healthcare infor-mation system collection and dissemination modes that depend on ICT and statistics based learning models for statistical and predictive analytics in DSS. Hence, here we propose an RF based PSO for improving predictive ability where there is less computational burdens. Experimental results revealed the proposed PSO - RF model had a high predictive accuracy (99.3701%) with a measure of 99.0915 for f-measure. Therefore, as far as big data in healthcare is concerned, such framework can be used to design individualised DSS in tracking self-care measures on children with mobility problems that will improve their quality of life and address the issues concerning personnel, scheduling and financing among Motor Neuron Disease clinical.
