Abstract
With the continuous development of my country's digital economy, electronic seals for government offices have gradually replaced traditional paper seals, which have the same purpose and legal effect as paper seals. The existing electronic seal platform adopts a centralized layout, such as PKI system and Certification Authority. Every node in the seal platform cannot observe all the behaviors of the seal platform. The entire system lacks openness and transparency to internal transaction data. Since the system seal transaction data is opaque and not shared, distributed sharing and collaboration cannot be achieved. A series of security problems arise. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes to introduce blockchain technology and design a decentralized traceable and tamper-proof electronic seal system, aiming to reduce the trust cost of electronic seals, improve work efficiency, make seal transactions transparent and supervisable, and make it possible for larger multi-entities to cooperate with each other.
