Abstract
Customers' sensory quality demands have risen as they grow more worried about their health. Blockchain technology is viewed as a solution for improving agri-food supply chain traceability and providing stakeholders with information on food quality, safety, and nutrition. We propose a blockchain-based system intended to include all of the certifying bodies' rules, regulations, and standards within the aquaculture supply chain.
