Abstract
Generally the output of real systems depends on a number of undesired sources, both inherent and external to the system: the corresponding effect on the output signal is generally known as noise. Many studies have been accomplished in order to reduce the noise in corrupted signals but sometimes the classical technique can fail. In this work a quite innovative approach for noise corrupted signal recovery is proposed. It is based on the stochastic resonance concept in the well known quartic double well system (QDW). Moreover, a useful user interface has been developed in order to improve the flexibility of the methodology and to make it easy to use.
