Abstract
The Shubnikov-de Haas effect in large-angle bismuth bicrystals is studied in magnetic fields up to 14 T. It is shown that in comparison with perfect monocrystals the topology of the bicrystals Fermi surface changes significantly, and the levels of unsaturated bonds on the inner surface shift the Fermi level within large limits at the increase of the crystallites disorientation angle.
