Abstract
The efficient control of harmful gases is crucial in maintaining optimal air quality within poultry farm environments to ensure the health and productivity of poultry. It is for this reason that the study focuses on the development and evaluation of a prototype system that utilizes UV technology and air filters to monitor and control levels of ammonia, carbon dioxide, and relative humidity in poultry farms. The study assessed the device’s accuracy in detecting changes in gas levels, specifically ammonia, carbon dioxide, and relative humidity. Through a combination of experimental evaluations and data analysis, this research provides valuable insights into the accuracy, limitations, and potential benefits of employing the device in controlling harmful gases within poultry farms.
