In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, people's requirements for quality of life are getting higher and higher, and residential buildings, as an important part of people's clothing, food, housing and transportation, have also attracted more and more attention. With the emergence and development of smart energy appliances, digital communities and smart buildings have become a trend, and have become the selling point and advantage of residential sales. In the future of urban development, digital communities are the mainstream, so using the advantages of modern science and technology to realize intelligent buildings will be the development trend of the future society. This paper discusses and analyzes the related issues of digital communities and intelligent buildings, and puts forward the development direction of intelligent buildings in the future.
