In the context of China’s implementation of the strategy of governing the country by law, law enforcement personnel, as the main body of law enforcement departments in implementing legal actions, their ability and quality are related to the fairness and efficiency of law enforcement, and affect the entire law enforcement team. This article uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to analyze the ability and quality of law enforcement personnel. From the aspects of professional skills, personal abilities, thinking and decision-making, find the factors that determine the ability and quality of law enforcement personnel, and plays an important reference role in strengthening the cultivation of high-quality professional law enforcement teams.
