With the continuous development and innovation in the field of transportation, the traditional law enforcement model has been unable to meet the comprehensive supervision and enforcement of Moving violation. Therefore, applying data-driven intelligent technology to traffic law enforcement has become a new trend and challenge. By combing the current situation for our country and abroad, analyzing the difficulties and main needs of law enforcement, this paper proposes a new mode of intelligent law enforcement based on data driven transportation, research the overall framework and specific design, and carries out in-depth research and application. With the development of artificial intelligence and big data technology, the new mode of traffic law enforcement will be more intelligent by deeply integrating traffic law enforcement with other related fields.
