Abstract
This article analyzes a possibility and feasibility of assessing prospectivity of social services in terms of meeting needs of population and development of social sphere in relation with impact on reproduction of individual and aggregate human capital assets. Authors place special emphasis on taking into account the principle of social services priority in the framework of commercial and non-commercial motivation of economic entities which provide such services.
