Abstract
With the two-carbon goal and the new power system advancing, the grid structure, power supply structure and load structure are facing profound changes, which brings great challenges to distribution equipment, fault self-healing technology and non-power outage maintenance. At the same time, due to the gradual acceleration of the county’s rooftop photovoltaic pilot, the anti-island and overvoltage protection strategies and devices are not perfect. Large-scale wind farms, photovoltaic power stations and supporting energy storage are centrally connected to regional substations, and the coupling of broadband electricity of multiple power electronic equipment is relatively complex, which is easy to cause power quality problems such as multi-band oscillation. In view of the above problems in the new distribution network, it is urgent to carry out research on the reliability improvement of the new distribution network, and carry out in-depth research on the three aspects that affect the reliability of the new form of distribution network: operation and maintenance, distribution equipment, and fault self-healing, so as to provide strong support for increasing the reliability of new distribution network.
