Abstract
The proposed and constructed CPSS Antenna has an inverted L-shaped grounded strips at corner. By attaching a vertical stub to the feed line and an L-shaped strip to the ground plane, it is possible to increase the axial-ratio bandwidth. The lower left of the slot is opened to create broadband circular polarisation radiation. Based on the results of the experiments, a very small, broadband circularly polarised planar antenna excited by coplanar waveguide is designed and constructed in this work. The antenna is made up of a square patch, a square radiator patch, and inverted L-shaped grounded strip lines. AR and impedance bandwidth of the realised CPSS antenna measured with optimised parameters are 4.8 GHz to 8.15 GHz for S11, 4.5 GHz to 6.5 GHz for less than 3 dB ARBW. However, because the antenna's overall size is only 18 X 18 X 0.8 mm3.
