Abstract
The possibility of the occurrence of significant harmonic distortion at frequencies above 2 kHz in the industrial electrical networks that can lead to operational disorder of critical process equipment is shown. The frequency characteristics of the network input impedance relating to the connection points of distorting electrical receivers in dependence to the supply network parameters and the total capacitive conductivity to the ground of cable lines of medium voltage distribution systems have been studied. The occurrence conditions of resonant amplifications in high-frequency regions are determined.
