Abstract
Targeting the demand for online measurement of gear intelligent manufacturing, This article proposes a new gear measurement principle and system. In order to solve the problem of measuring various parameters and accuracy of internal and external straight cylindrical gears, a new four jaw center positioning clamping mechanism, high-precision rotating platform, visual transmission module, visual acquisition system, etc., is designed. Important construction strength checks are selected to ensure measurement accuracy and speed. Through finite element analysis, key component models are constructed, Conduct effectiveness analysis and verification, and the results show that this method can meet the design requirements.
