Abstract
Introducing “Ability to fulfill contract” and “Willingness to fulfill contract” dual mode credit evaluation indicators into the orderly charging strategy of electric vehicles. Conduct credit evaluation and rating on electric vehicles, and modify the schedulable duration of electric vehicles participating in orderly charging strategies based on the credit rating results. Build a multi-objective optimization model to reduce the charging costs of electric vehicles and stabilize the load fluctuations of public alternating current charging station distribution network, and use the hybrid adaptive single parent genetic algorithm proposed in this paper to solve. The simulation results show that credit orderly charging strategy can significantly reduce charging costs of electric vehicles and reduce load fluctuations of public alternating current charging station distribution network. Compared to orderly charging strategies, credit orderly charging strategy better reflect the real situation of electric vehicles.
