Abstract
This paper presents a design, development and realization of hermetically sealed, wide band MMIC based Ku Band Transmit Module. The design incorporates ease of industry fabrication, advance gain and power control technique as well as its testability. A wide band, medium power Transmit Module having low amplitude and phase error with RS422 serial interface for onboard control. It has one input and four outputs with individual phase and gain control. A rugged and reliable gain and power compensated Transmit Module is designed for stable performance over temperature range with minimum commanding required for temperature variation over wide temperature range.
