Abstract
The purpose of this study was to apply the extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) model to identify the factors influencing Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) from the consumers' viewpoint, and to investigate the impact of each extended TAM element on EBPP in Taiwan. Data were collected from questionnaire; the questions of questionnaire were drawn from the extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), focused on identifying the elements of TAM and their relationship to EBPP. The collected data were analyzed through Structural Equation Model (SEM) statistic method.
