Abstract
The importance of effective and prompt feedback-gathering strategies has grown in recent years because customer input is important in determining the future of businesses and services. This study proposes a Wi-Fi board to construct a system capable of scanning QR codes. The scannable quick response (QR) code direct visitors to company-specific online surveys and feedback forms. User ratings and feedback can be sent quickly in this way. Businesses may gain useful insights and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve their operations with this easy-to-understand strategy that streamlines the feedback-gathering technique. This research also demonstrates how the Wi-Fi board may enhance user experiences and how to incorporate IoT into user engagement strategies.
