Abstract
Terahertz (THz) imaging in combination with optical graphene modulation can serve as a versatilite technique for contactless characterization and discrimination of graphene layers. Maximum modulation depth of 45 % has been reached for double-layer graphene. This technique increased the contrast up to 16 % for single-layer graphene and 23 % for double-layer graphene under laser illumination.
