Abstract
Titanium dioxide nanotubes are an innovative and promising material in micro- and nanoelectronics. Using electrochemical anodizing, vertically oriented TiO 2 nanotubes of various morphologies were synthesized, and the features of their modification were investigated. A betavoltaic cell (BVС) was created, using Ni 63 and modified TiO 2 -nanotubes, thereby demonstrating the output electrical characteristics applicable to the study of microelectronic elements miniaturization (Uoc = 0,2 V; Isc = 12 nA•cm -2 ).
