Abstract
The paper deals with the problem of designing measuring instruments of vector parameters. The possibility to improve the quality of the designed system and to decrease the time of engineering works in the early phases of designing is considered. The general scheme of the designing process is represented. The structures of information and mathematical supports are given. The set of automated procedures for designing measuring instruments of vector parameters is described. Features of the designed measuring instrument as an intelligent measuring instrument are analyzed. The represented results of modeling prove the correctness of the proposed approach.
