Abstract
In this article a set of models for the formation of a new intelligent technology in the field of digital crop production is proposed by the researchers. It makes possible to determine the current and forecast values of the concentrations of greenhouse gases in ground layer of the atmosphere, as well as conduct a spatial-structural analysis of the existing and possible distribution of greenhouse gases in the study area on the basis of a series of virtual experiments, without the expense of material, natural, time and human resources traditional for natural experiments. A synthesized apparatus of artificial neural networks (considering various paradigms, identifying the best topology) and GIS tools were used for developing these models. To assess the predictive capabilities of the models, full-scale experiments were conducted in agricultural areas of Belgorod region. An analysis of the results of intelligent modeling in determining the optimal parameters of crop production was carried out. Software tools were developed.
