Abstract
The harsh radiation conditions in space can induce degradations and failures in electronic equipment. To perform the experimental radiation sensitivity assessment, there is a strong need for well characterized proton beam. With its previous year upgrades, the Curie institute Proton facility in Orsay (ICPO), specialized in tumor treatments, offers new perspectives with its proton facility that can produce up to 203 MeV proton beam with a continuous flux of particles. In this paper the ICPO facility is presented and experimental results are discussed and compared to ones acquired on the UCL proton facility in Louvain La Neuve.
