Abstract
The publication is devoted to methods of analysis of modes of operation of electrical devices. Based on the unity of all physical processes of such devices, the principle of using a single mathematical apparatus to study their electromagnetic processes. The task of analysis of any electromagnetic device consists of four interrelated stages: calculation of transients and steady-state processes, determination of static stability and analysis of parametric sensitivity. Only the first of them is solved in the time domain, the rest - in the timeless.
