Abstract
With the continuous increase of the permeability of photovoltaic (PV) power generation in the grid, the problems such as power flow backflow and voltage rise caused by unstable power generation become more and more serious. PV power prediction technology provides a reference for the development of dispatching plan, but it is difficult to realize the stable access of fluctuating PV power only by power prediction and dispatching. In this paper, a source and reservoir cooperative control method considering the effect of wave smoothing and the economy of operation is proposed, and a mathematical model of hybrid energy storage is constructed. By fully mobilizing the regulation potential of the power supply side and the energy storage side, the operation mode of the PV panel is changed briefly when the power changes dramatically and the hybrid energy storage system (HESS) is mobilized to provide power compensation, which effectively reduces the fluctuation rate of the grid-connected PV power. Simulation results show that the proposed strategy is effective.
