Abstract
Magnetic resonance-based electric properties tomography (EPT) is a quantitative imaging strategy based on the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technology that provides non-invasively an estimate of the distribution of the electric properties (EPs), conductivity σ and permittivity ε, within the human body. Different methods for implementing EPT have been proposed in the literature; three of them are collected in EPTlib, an open-source, extensible C++ library, and in its terminal application. Both EPTlib and its terminal application are freely distributed through a Github repository, that can be accessed from the project website: https://eptlib.github.io .
