Abstract
The economic and safe dispatching of distribution network is the basis of the operation of distribution network. The safe and economic dispatching model of distribution network based on cloud particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed. The safe and economic dispatching model of distribution network mainly considers the two objectives of distribution network operation cost and voltage stability index, and the constraints mainly consider power balance condition and operation conditions of each distributed generation. The cloud particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the safe and economic dispatching model. The simulation results show that the scheduling effect is satisfactory.
