Abstract
With the rapid development of station-based one-way electric-vehicle sharing, the temporal and spatial imbalanced distribution of vehicles resulted from the balance requirements and the charging requirements is becoming increasingly prominent. This study mainly addresses a re-balancing problem of station-based one-way shared electric-cars with re-charging requirements, with the goal of minimizing the total relocation costs, the number of unbalanced vehicles and the number of vehicles with low level of batteries. A 0-1 nonlinear programming model is built. Two valid inequalities are designed to solve the problem. The two valid inequalities are validated and evaluated based on randomly generated instances. Numerical experimental results indicate that the two valid inequalities can provide optimal or near-optimal solutions for large-scaled instances in a short running time.
