In order to accelerate the pace of “going global” of technical standards in China's power industry and implement the strategy of “going global” of standards, this paper conduct in-depth research from two dimensions of organization application landing and key points of application, provide the Working Group (WG), Technical Committee (TC), Sub-technical Committee (SC) and other specific application paths, and integrate relevant international standards organizations, technical management paths of domestic and international standardization organizations into the application process of ISO/IEC, so as to effectively guide the application work of ISO/IEC. To improve the success rate of our application to the International Organization for Standardization.
