Abstract
In this paper, a control scheme based on PID and genetic algorithm is proposed for ready-to-drink intelligent water dispensers, while adding more control modules to achieve heating before cooling measures for some lower water temperatures to solve the problem that most intelligent water dispensers in the current market are overly dependent on incoming water quality, while ensuring the speed and accuracy requirements. In the work of this paper, the algorithm as a whole is stable and reliable by distributing and controlling each module inside the water dispenser to work in a coordinated manner, while adopting the design idea of high cohesion and low coupling. For multiple scenarios of user use, intelligent pattern recognition functions and corresponding control schemes are also designed to ensure that the overall indexes do not fluctuate greatly, and finally, algorithm correction measures are taken to compensate for the differences between different devices so that they can really be applied in the production and use of water dispensers. In terms of performance indicators, the solution can be completed in about half a minute in the household voltage range as well as water temperature range heating to 45-97°C requirements, and has good equipment consistency.
