Abstract
Tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology has high sensitivity and reliability. Moreover, it can realize real-time online detection. In the detection of trace gases, it has a good application prospect. This article mainly introduces the basic theory of TDLAS technology in carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) gas detection. It also introduces the application of TDLAS technology in various field of gas detection and some kinds of traditional CO 2 gas detection. The research of CO 2 absorption spectra in different regions of the infrared atmospheric window by many scholars are introduced. And it introduces the process of CO 2 gas detection and the functions of the instruments involved in the process.
