Abstract
Maxwellian differential equations are derived for the near scattered fields of electrically small perfect electric conductors (PEC’s) illuminated by time-domain incident electromagnetic fields. These "electroquasistatic" and "magneto-quasistatic" equations and fields are shown to become exact as the electrical size of the scatterer approaches zero.
