Abstract
Over the time, the mobile technology has become a lot better. The latest one is called 5G. 5G offers low latency, extensive user connectivity, and improved multi-broadband services. This is the fifth generation of cell technology. This technology employs various techniques, such as Massive MIMO, Millimeter Waves (MM waves), Beamforming, Network Slicing, and Small Cells. One important aspect is Multiple-input-Multiple-output (MIMO). When 5G comes into play, it brings a new era of fast data, enormous connectivity, and low latency. In this paper, 5G technology and its architecture are explored. The paper explains the importance of mobility in 5G and the concept of handover, which is a fundamental aspect of maintaining uninterrupted connections. It investigates two different types of parameters known as Handover Control Parameters (HCPs) are also focused on, which play a crucial role in maintaining mobility between networks.
